 APACHE JUNCTION ROCK & GEM CLUB INC

The purpose of this website is to publicize our Club and our annual rock, gem,

 jewellery & mineral show which is held each February.

The Club meets the second Thursday of each month

(October through April)

 at

Desert United Methodist Church

(We meet in the Moeller Hall behind the main sanctuary)

The 2009  show ("2009...Rocks Devine") will be held

February 21 & 22 2009

Skyline High School  845 South Crismon Road Mesa AZ.

Students of  Skyline High School and Central Arizona College

(Superstition Mountain Campus)

received  scholarships from the proceeds of the 2008 show.

We are a busy club offering field trips and 2 social events during

 the winter season here in Apache Junction AZ.  Most members are 

seniors who are enthusiastic rock hounds and are involved in the 

 rock & mineral arts of faceting, lapidary, silversmithing & wire wrapping. 

Our members are interested in  passing on their interest of these arts 

to members of the younger generations.

Members of other ages groups are invited to join us. To join please attend a

regular meeting and sign up there with the membership lady.
